INGREDIENTS
- 10 – 16 ounces unsweetened coconut or almond milk (organic is best; can be flavored vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 – 5 cups organic baby greens (don’t consume raw spinach every day; Leafy greens are the most important ingredient)
- ½ – 1 scoop protein powder: Garden of Life Protein or Raw Fit for Weight Loss; Renew Life Skinny Gut; Orgain Organic Garden of Life can be purchased for 20% off retail from my dispensary
- 1 – 2 Tbs. coconut or MCT oil (this is important for nutrient absorption)
- 1 Tbs. chia or flax seeds (keep refrigerated)
ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS (IF DESIRED)
- 1 – 2 tsp organic vanilla
- Ceylon cinnamon (to taste; don’t use cooking cinnamon)
- ¼ – ½ banana (can be frozen)
- 1 Tbs. almond butter
- Collagen powder (my favorite is Collagen MD Type I & III from my dispensary)
- ¼ – ½ avocado
- fresh or frozen organic berries
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix together. Add ice if desired.
